Organisation setup

Regular users

If you are not part of an organisation already, you will have the option to create an organisation following your initial sign-in.

Once the organisation has been created you will need to add a payment method to your account via the Payment Method tab of the settings page.

You should set up an auto-recharge policy on the Credits tab of the settings page to ensure you can continue to use the platform.

Enterprise users

To set up an enterprise account, please contact your sales representative or reach out via the TrueState website.
