Billing controls are available to authorised members in Settings. Use Plan and Billing for the plan and payment details, and Usage to investigate consumption where that section is available.

Review the current account

Check the plan, Builder count, remaining AI and compute balances, and invoice information shown in the account. Enterprise arrangements can differ from the standard plan display; use your agreement for any custom commercial terms. Before adding authoring permissions or changing a subscription, review the effect shown in the interface. A team membership change and a billing change are related but not interchangeable.

Investigate unexpected usage

Start with the usage period and category. Check recurring jobs, pipeline schedules, recent training runs, and repeated imports. A workflow that is inexpensive once can consume more when scheduled frequently. Review the available spend controls with your administrator. If work stops because of a usage limit or insufficient balance, establish the cause before repeatedly retrying it.

Retire recurring work

When a workflow is no longer needed, review its schedule and dependencies before removing assets. Deleting a report or dashboard is not a substitute for checking jobs or pipelines that refresh its data. If you need help reconciling charges, contact support with the workspace name, relevant period, and the charge or usage category. Do not include payment card details or source credentials.
