Organisations
In TrueState, every user account is associated with an Organisation, which serves as a top-level container for all the work your team does—datasets, pipelines, dashboards, automations, and reports. When an Organisation is first created (typically by your platform administrator), it defines the context in which membership, permissions, and resource sharing occur. Users invited to join an Organisation inherit its shared resources: they can see, open, and collaborate on any dataset or pipeline owned by that Organisation, subject to the roles and permissions assigned to them. Billing and credits usage is tied to an Organisation. If you are a member of multiple Organisations, you can switch between them by clicking ‘Settings’ then clicking the organisation name in the top right. Any other Organisations you belong to will appear here.
Adding and Removing Users
To add a new user, navigate to the settings page then to the Users tab. Click ‘add new team member’ and provide a name, email address and permission level. Note that only admin users can add new users. To remove a user, click the 3 dots next to their name and select remove.
